Most of the time, I strike my irons nice and clean with good accuracy...

but every so often I maybe try too hard or just don\'t concentrate on the basics and end up with a duff, a shank, a scuff or another of the many poor shot types.

it's annoying to say the least and what\'s more avoidable.
